We'll it's blowing 40, and raining sideways, but the show must go on! Grilling a tri tip on the gasser tonight. Seasoned with worchestershire ghost pepper infused salt, garlic, and pepper.

When used in moderation the Ghost pepper salt isn't all that bad. It does have a kick to it and a little bit goes a long ways!!
