I hadn't done a brisket in a while so I figured I'd keep my eyes open for one.
I came across some & after checking them out I picked this one.
It was a nice 14 lb. specimen.
I separated it.
Then gave it some rub.
Had to take a quick snack break while the AMNPS was getting ready...
And into the MES - running oak & cherry.
