I have been a lurking these forums for a little while now and finally decided to make an account.
I was uncertain what type of smoker would best suit my needs (pellet/electric/gas/charcoal) and through my research I stumbled across this website. After reading through reviews and forum posts I decided that the Weber Smokey Mountain was the smoker for me. I have only had my WSM 18.5" for three weeks now and have smoked (2) pork butts, a whole chicken, a 12 pack of brats, and this upcoming weekend I plan on smoking a couple of racks of ribs. I absolutely love that little smoker! It maintains temps for hours with almost no monitoring what so ever, and produces amazing results!
