Got the idea from a recent thread on here so I decided to try some.
Took some breast and flattened out, put black forest ham and my smoked swiss inside.
Uds is preheating.

That should be good. Cook to IT of 165. Kick the heat up towards the end to crispy up the bacon.
Just put them in at smoker temp of 320

how much would you say each piece of chicken weighs? Just trying to get an idea for the future should I happen to have extra space on the smoker
