This has been suggested before. I have some side ribs in the freezer and I am thinking of curing them and doing them with my maple ham glaze in a 3-2-1. I'll post if I do.
Nice job on the hams and adding pineapple! Not many people ever get ham that tastes like that. I hope your are able to try some in scrambled eggs this morning.
