I've been smoking and barbecuing in my Weber kettle grill for some time but a friend of mine recently upgraded to a larger smoker and I ended up with his! So now I think I can get a little more serious with it. I've done ribs and pork shoulder with pretty good success but after reading some of the threads here I see I have a lot to learn. Should be fun and tasty though! Oh yeah, I'm from Milwaukee Wisconsin, hence the name. Look forward to hearing from all of you on here and learning a lot!
