I've been lurking here for about 2 months, reading and soaking in information and of course those mouth watering pictures you all post, and have just begun my journey into smoking heaven. I'm a professional baker, sous chef, and kitchen manager. I've worked multiple restaurants, from a diner to large gourmet kitchens serving 400+ a night, and currently work as a chef and kitchen manager for a large hospital. Cooking has been a hobby and profession of mine since as early as I can remember when my grandmother taught cooking and had her own TV show. Now I'm here to further my knowledge, and provide as much help as I can in any other aspect of cooking you may need.
Other hobbies include playing bass guitar, fishing, hiking, boating, computers, software engineering, and of course spending as much time as I can with my family.
