I'm new to the smoking scene and wanna know how apple juice with tequila to keep ribs moist would be?

When you get a chance Will you drop by roll call and introduce your self. That way we can all give you a SMF welcome.

Now to the Spritz I would drink the tequila and keep the door closed on the smoker.

Then let the drinking commence! Question how much wood should i use? I believe its mesquite being Texas has a butt load of it.

I use apple juice, worshestershire sauce. Brown sugar and lime juice . And god damnn . It is so good

I'm with Dave on this one too...Leave them be....the smoke will take care of the ribs.
