Well everyone that tried these ribs said these were the best they have ever eaten, including myself. Finally got that nice red shimmer and beautiful taste. Everything about them was perfect. Werent fall off the bone but had a nice clean pull. But here they are.

 
I rubbed them down the day before. Put them on my drum smoker at 250 for 2 hrs after that wrapped them in foil for 45 min  with brown sugar, butter, and honey and a spritz of apple juice, brown sugar and butter. Unwrapped and put on for 1 hr painting them with a glaze of brown sugar, apple juice, black cherry bourbon and honey for a nice flavor and red color. Picked them up and they had a perfect bend to them.
