Hi everyone. I live in Calistoga, California. I've wanted a smoker for quite some time and finally purchased what I'm hoping will be a good 'beginner' smoker. I purchased the MES 30" analog. I'm very excited to learn as much as I can about getting the most from this smoker and all the great ideas for meats.
