Hello,

I have been smoking in a vertical propane smoker for about 3 years. While teaching my father to use his barrel smoker I got that taste for charcoal again so my wife bought me the Weber One Touch Gold on Father's Day.

I smoked a Brisket on Saturday and a Tri-tip yesterday. I used the charcoal baskets for indirect cooking. The food came out really good, but I am always open to tips and hints. (Especially temperature control)

Thanks,
