Just started smoking about 2 months ago and stumbled onto this website when looking for a good chicken brine. I am using a Smoke Hollow 40inch dual burner gas smoker. I am up in Knoxville, TN and a huge Tennessee fan. So far I have smoked 3 Boston Butts, a Beef Brisket w/ Benton's Bacon on top, a couple racks of Ribs, Chicken Wings, and Brined Chicken Thighs. By far my favorite so far has been then the Brined Chicken Thighs.
I appreciate any advice you have fellas have for me.
