hi im Eric from suburbs of Chicago.  Beginner smoker who has done ribs, and brisket.  Trying my hand at pulled pork for my daughter's first birthday but having trouble finding good places to buy meat and wood around me (carol Stream).  Love browsking this website!

Been into grilling and bbq'ing for quite some time but finally have some time this summer to do some serious practice.  I own a Weber 18" smoker.  Really looking forward to being more active with this forum/website and really hope to perform well with my bbq's! thanks everyone!
