yes there are approx (8) 10lb pork butts! starting the mmoke tonight for tomorrow afternoon. Gonna be rocking Skrooge's dry rub and Soflaquer's finishing sauce! So far im just gonna have sweet baby rays for those who want BBChew sauce...

Anyway ill have some nice pictures maybe later in the evening or tomorrow.

Side note: Has anyone ever made any bbq sauce with the crownroyal maple whiskey? I grilled some baby backs that were boiled in beer and crown maple and they were amazing... looking for some more recipies for this whiskey since i think it tastes like crap as far as drinking.

Thanks guys! see ya later!

Those look pretty good. Sorry , I got nothin for ya as far as whiskey sauce recipes....the mrs doesn't like the taste so I'm forced to drink all the booze at my house.

I'm a little surprised you posted this in grilling pork....that might explain the lack of hits. That is a smoker you're cooking it in , no? Anyhow , good luck , man. Enjoy the party.

I've made plenty of sauce with booze but not CR Maple.  Give it a shot - worst that can happen is you don't like it.

Bill has one using Maker's Mark.  It's great!
