Semi Dry SS

Back on the 12th i made some SS.




I kept the small chub in the fridge.



Here it is. Moisture is being reduced and its looking good. Cut tomorrow.

Yummy...did you put it in the regular fridge to dry or your special dry age ferment fridge thingy LOL. So how was it?

The sausage looks great....  I like the extra drying to concentrate the flavors....    icon14.gif ....
