Thanks for all of the awesome help, it was awesome like always. I hqd the flavors down, just temp and time has always been off. This one pulled apart like butter.

Looks good. Im just waking up and now it's time to get my butt outta bed and pull the butt outta the cooler. 14.5hr smoke last night. But that's for another thread...lol...drool.gifyahoo.gif

Oh I'm sorry was that comment a little cruel and sadistic? ??? Lol
I say we just ALL get together and cook some up so we can all sample each other's style. Beer and BBQ no better way to bond.

So I my pork came out perfect finally, but I need a little help on the sauce side now. Since I never measure what I put in my sauce from batch to batch it never comes out the same, I really like the KC style and flavors. If anyone can send me a link or two to some of the better recipes on here I would appreciate it, as I am sure there hundreds of recipes on here.
