Don't be surprised if your two butts take longer. My last two took 20 hours to hit an IT of 205* Both were just under 9 pounds. The weather that day was pretty crummy. I ran my smoker at 265* the whole time. I don't foil, spritz, or any of that other stuff. I usually figure 2-2.5 hours per pound, especially if I am cooking for the same day meal, which I rarely do with pulled pork. It re-heats so well I don't feel one needs to do that. Plus if you're using a finishing sauce it gives the pork time to meld!
