Hi everyone. Ive been lurking on this site for a few weeks. Happy to finally post on some threads

My husband bought me a Brinkman Gourmet smoker for Christmas. We waited all winter and Ive been reading up on techniques and tips etc on this site.

Yesterday he finished up the mods that have been recommended by the fine folks on these forums on the smoker.

I'm going to be rocking some baby backs and st Louis style ribs for my first smoke this weekend! Cant wait.
