Hi everyone -

I'm Jeff and I'm from northwest Arkansas.  I'm new to both the SMF, and smoking in general.  About 3 months ago I picked up my first smoker, which is a 40in Masterbuilt digital electric smoker.  My knowledge of smoking is very elementary, but I'm hooked and eager to learn.  I've only smoked ribs so far, but I've fortunately had very good results with my first couple of smokes.  I'm gearing up for my first pork butt, and it should be interesting.

Just a warning about me...I'm a measure 3 or 4 times, cut once kind of guy.  I like to ask questions and learn from other people that know more than me.  You've been warned. :)
