Tulsa Jeff said I should introduce myself so here goes. My name is Ernie. I live in Phoenix, AZ and love grilling. I just recently got a used smoker from a buddy at work for 40 bucks and it was 300 at Home Depot brand new(Smokin' deal). I wanted to revisit my childhood when I use to smoke with my dad. I'm a great griller, but I'm realizing I don't know anything about smoking because my dad did all the work and I kind of just helped here and there. So I plan on smoking a pork butt for some pulled pork sandwiches this weekend and am looking for some tips. So anyways I hope to meet some fellow beer drinkin' grilling/smoking friends that can help me out. In the mean time I'll see if I can figure this site out!
