my fuel storage tank

FBB, afternoon....  I just read a thread where the member strongly suggests, when cutting the door, make the cuts for the top and bottom of the door in the curved part of the tank....  The curved metal strengthens the metal and drastically reduces the door wanting to change shape.... doing so will reduce the PITA fit up problems you could encounter later...    Just something I learned today....     If I find the thread, I will report back.....
