Hello from southwest va. My name is Will and I live in a small coal town in south western Virginia. I am a water treatment plant operator. I am also new to the world of smoking foods. I am alread having a few issues. I have a char broil offset smoker and I'm having trouble getting the temp to even be somewhat even from one side to the other. The side closest to the fire box is showing about 300 and the other side is around 175 to 200. How can possible get the temp a little more even? Thanks
