Hi Tom

Along with smoking I can highly recommend this beans recipie

http://www.smokingmeatforums.com/t/50945/dutchs-wicked-baked-beans

I adapted it for UK sizes and used 2 standard size tins of beans and  and used around 2/3rds of the other ingedients - also used Smoked Paprika and Cayenne Pepper just could I had those and not the others and it worked well

with my Pulled Pork and Chicken Wings !

Got my smoker today and put it together in no time! Going to be running it through a test smoke before starting to cook some chickens on it using some of the BBQ rubs and Brine recipes I have found on this sight! Will post pics of the outcome :)

That smoker ought to bring you hours of smoking pleasure and many, many smiling faces at the dinner table.
