Howdy everyone my name is Will. I just picked up a Masterbuilt 30" electric smoker I'm fairly new to smoking, but excited about the endless possibilities! I have looked through the forum and I appreciate the endless amount of advice and recommendations from the guys that have been doing this for a while.
