Hello all. I came to this site since my fiance' and I have decided to get into smoking foods. I bought her a Masterbuilt GS40 Black Propane Smoker for her mother's day/b-day present this year. She was pretty pumped. We are anxious to get it started this weekend.
I have been in cardiac medicine for about 13 years now. I am giving it all up this summer to go back to school for a degree in Registered Nursing. Time for another change.
I am a competitive walleye fisherman. That is my #1 hobby/passion. However I have spent considerable time and money over the years hunting as well. I guess as long as I can be outdoors I am happy.
I have an 18 month old son which consumes a ton of my free time. However he keeps me young....or so they tell me.
