I'm just getting into smoking and thought I'd hang stop and stay awhile. I'm located in Northeast Ohio and just purchased my first smoker a little over a month ago.
So far I've smoked duck, pork sholder for pulled pork, ribs, and a fatty. I'm looking forward to smoking much more.
I have a Masterbuilt XL and look forward to one day filling it.
I work as a Network Engineer and have 2 co-workers that are big into smoking (and are helping me get going.) Our smoke breaks are the fun kind.
This will seem backwards but I'm into trying to eat healthy. Most people believe that you have to only eat green stuff and stay away from fat to do that but I believe that's not true. I try to eat as naturally as possible and believe that smoking fits right into that!
