Hi guys live in Melbourne Australia .up until now I've been basically grilling and now I'm in to smoking I'm now researching offsets reverse flow to purchase from the USA any advise on which one would be much appreciated

Welcome to the forums, tmann! You've found a great place to learn and share ideas. Lots of friendly and knowledgeable folks here who really enjoy helping one another. Just ask when you need help and you'll get plenty.  Good luck on your quest for a revers flow...all depends on how much money you want to spend.  Companies like Lang and Horizon are legendary for those kinds of pits, but you pay handsomely for them.  Check out the Wood smoker forums for lots of info on these and other RF pits.  Good luck, and let us know what you get...

Tmann,
Welcome!

We need more Aussies here! :)

Relative newbie myself. Have done some lamb shanks, lots of pork butts (the extended family love pulled pork) and playing with sausages at the moment :). In fact, I have a couple of butts in the smoker now.

Hope to be able to move to making bacon soon :) just need fridge space as the wife has filled the fridge to the max, so I have no space to cure.

What kind of stuff are you looking at making? :)

We need to show the rest of Oz the joys of smoked foods!
