I've lurked around here for a couple years, decided to join up.  I learn a lot from the veteran smokers on here, and always trying new things myself.

I have a couple different types of smokers.  I have a brinkman upright propane smoker for smaller meals.  I also have a weber kettle for grilling/smoking small meals, and I have an offset smoker from Lone Star Grillz for bigger cooks.  I do some hired chef work around locally as well.

My offset.

This forum seems great, and has a ton of different idea's from everyone.  I've learned quite a bit here, and hopefully be able to contribute a little here myself.

Thanks.
