Hello all. I'm a veteran fridge smoker and new to the forums. My rig is based on a design that my father-in-law's family developed back in the 40's in Texas. His family has been smoking meat this way since then. Here's a few pics from when my smoker was newly constructed. It's much blacker on the inside now with about 3 years of patina.
