Completely new to smoking meat!  I truly enjoy eating any kind of smokeed meats and have decided to get on cooking them as well.  I have recently gotten a Char Griller Wrangler model w/out side firebox from a friend and need to start smoking some stuff.  I love to fish and hunt. Hope to pick up some great tips. Thanks
