Hey guys/gals,
My name is Jason and I can't stop smoking. Actually I just started and just found this forum and was blown away by the wealth of knowledge available here. I hope to learn the fine art of smoked meats. For now I have just been doing salmon but am going to try a ham for Easter. Looking forward to meeting everybody.
