Just wanted to introduce myself.  My name is Bill and I'm so new to the smoking arena that I don't even have a smoker yet.  I'm originally from WV, but I live outside of Dayton, OH now.  With so many choices, I'm really having a hard time figuring out which one to get, so in doing some research on the good old Interwebs, I came upon this site and it's really helped so far.

My basic plans for the whichever smoker I get are going to be mostly pork, chicken and brisket.  I won't be getting into anything real creative.  I'm a pretty simple guy, so I just want something to do some personal 'cue on occasion.  I love pulled pork and ribs, so that's going to be my main focus.  If anyone can recommend something for that, I would appreciate it.  I have been reading up on the WSM, but haven't seen one in person.  There's a store nearby that sells one made by Cajun Injector, but I don't want something low in quality.  I'm looking to spend in the $200-$300 range and I have no desire to build my own or modify anything.  I'm looking for something that is easy to use, does good stuff out of the box and is fairly un-complicated.  Hope that gives you guys an idea of what I'm looking for.  I went to Gander Mountain today and they have plenty, but again, just don't really know which one to get.  I'm looking for the best for me, not necessarily the best one on the market.

Thanks and I'm glad to be here.
