hello my name is joel i am from a town of 200 in northwest Missouri , i have been smoking meat ever since my father and grandfather could hold me and man the smoker at the same time. i am 18 years old and i have recently built my own conventional smoker. that i use to smoke around home or to cater meat to friends weddings and birthday partys. my smoker is made out of an old 300 gallon fuel barrel that i cleaned and burned out to get the fuel smell out. the fire box is an old wood stove. and it sits on a tandem axle trailer. i am looking forward to building other smokers and would like others advice and opinions.
