I just got a used smoker.  It is sold stainless steel.  The measurements are approximately 52 1/2" tall by 26" wide by 25 1/2" deep.  The walls are approx. two inches thick and appear insulated.  It is currently set up for natural gas.  There are supports inside the smoker for three racks and there is a tray under the smoker that catches drippings.  The door is also insulated and has two hinges and a single latch.  It is a heavy beast weighing a couple of hundred pounds.

The knob that regulates the amount of gas has a "W" on it.  There are no other markings, numbers, or other identifiers on the smoker.

Does anyone have any ideas.  I need to get some parts for it to make it complete.  Any help would be appreciated.

Ok, I hope these pictures go through.

If you could post some pictures it would really help identify it.

Edit: Thanks for posting the pics, I'm sure someone will know what kind of smoker it is.
What parts are you needing?

I see this is your first post here so when you get a minute would you swing by "Roll Call" and introduce yourself so we can give you a big SMF Welcome, Thanks!

Mat, morning and welcome to the forum...... You have one darn nice smoker.... Obviously a commercial unit...    Can't find a label on it anywhere ??

I agree, it does look like a Sothern Pride or Ole Hickory commercial oven / pit.  It could be a knock off of those by a real good sheet metal shop as well.  With a few mods, it could be used with gas, charcoal or wood.  Looks like you made a great find there.

I don't know what kind it is, but if you need anyone to take it off your hands....

Thats part of the problem.  I'm so new I dont know what parts I need.  I just know stuff is missing.  There are no other markings on the unit except for the W on the gas knob.  I will start researching the Southern Pride and Ole Hickory.  Thanks for the info.

Can't tell you for sure about brand , however I can tell you that you have one awesome unit there. Great score!

I'm sure if you go crazy with pictures, that the guys here will be able to set you straight on what to hook up, replace, buy, or mod. There are plenty of people here who have converted old fridges, and done ground up builds. That is a darn nice rig though! I gotta ask, where did you cone across it?

Many thanks Jeff

Here is a suggestion

Contact the Sausage Maker and ask them. Show them this pic. They make big smokers and may be able to help you.

Thanks to all of your help I think i found out what it is.  It lookes like an Armstrong Restaurant Equipment stainless BBQ Oven / Smoker.  Now I will contact them and get some replacement parts and then I'll be good to go.  Thanks again to everyone for their input and comments.
