hey guys my name is chris i just bought my smoker/grill yesterday just done the preburn on it seems like it actully a pretty good smoker for what i gave for it i only gave 90.00 for it,its a char-broil from wal mart i bought it that cheap bc well i didnt know if i would enjoy smokeing my own meat so i fixing to start with burgers on it and see were it goes heres a pic of my new smoker

well howdy neighbor. you'll find most everything you'll need here. if ya can't find it in search bar, there's about umpteen million helpful folks that don't keer a bit to answer questions. 

you right there in pville, or out in the sticks? Im down here in tazewel. well, tazewell address but im actually much closer to ewing, go to middlesboro all the time.

 didn't know it still existed HAHAHA. One of my ex's family was from there. Best I can remember it was 5-7 houses on a 1 lane road. Been there several times over the years. Rode atvs across through blackstar many times too. Cross over from Rose hill into harlan co and beat the woods down. 

On the smoker, there's several little mods you can do to it to improve it. I have its little brother. Burnt/ruined plenty on mine. heres ya a recent link for some burgers. kudo's to dirtsailor on this one. now the rugrats n wench want me to do em some  up like his. Oh well, the exhaustion, labor and time consumed for such magnaficence. Guess, I'll just have to go do it.

hey guys it been a long time since i posted here i have came a long way with smoking i actully just bought a ne smoker a masterbuilt 30'' analog smoer and i am in love with it at the time of this post i actully have a whole chicken in it smoking at around 225 injected with franks red hot sauce mixed with butter boiled together to make a awsome injectable then i cut cut up some onions in quauters and with a table spoon of minced garlic. smoked with jack daniels wood chips and brush with extra virgin olive oil. this  thing is gonna be awsome guys i will post picks of the new smoker and the final product of the chicken it good to be back.
