First post and first attempt at making my own sausage using my master forge elect smoker and the amns with pit master choice dust. The amns is as advertised,i think a must for every ones cooking arsenal. I smoked for 3 hrs and continued cooking at 170 degrees for 3 more and as you see turned out with a decent looking color probally would have better results on the color if i would have hung them up instead of laying them on the grates, anyone have this issue before? should i have turned them over?
