I'm semi-retired but still write and publish a local humor rag called The Wasted Woody Gazette-hence the username. I use an old electric Brinkmann and a newer Char Broil Big Easy. Certainly not up to your standards or expectations, but they work for me. Less mess and cleanup. About 10 years ago my wife purchased a series of cookin' classes for me, run by a Denver chef, for a BD present. The highlight was the grillin' and smokin' day and I learned a lot. I don't go too crazy but know what my friends and family enjoy; chicken legs wrapped in bacon and tri-tip. Thanks for bringin' me on board. i look forward to all your ideas.
