Hello all, I'm an avid cook and smoker, hell my boat even smokes.. Look forward to posting with you all.. 

I've smoked all kinds of fish from the Atlantic including Marlin, Tuna, King Mackerel, dolphin (the fish) and grouper.. Tomorrow Jerky from tri tip will be in the grill..
