Been lurking for a while, dreaming about having my own smoker. Finally broke down and bought me one this weekend. It is the new electric Master Forge 31 inch. Looks almost identical to the masterbuilt 31 inch. Close enough I suspect it is made by masterbuilt, but I can't find a review on the internet. My first smoke was some chicken breasts I had laying around. They came out okay, but a little dry due to not paying close enough attention. What I read was about 3.5 hours so loaded them in then had to go run some errands. Came back after 2.5 hours to find them at 185. A little dry but had a good smokey flavor.
