Hello all,

Does anyone have an email address for Smoke Hollow or the parent company of Outdoor Leisure products? I tried to get it by going to the website but I either have to call by 4:30pm CST or mail them vis USPS. My Smoke Hollow burner keeps going out and it's a little windy but I have a windblaock that should help keep the wind away, (it has up to this point) and I even cleaned it the best I could after I couldn't get the burner to heat the cabinet over 180. I cleaned it and got the temp up to 250 but no sooner did that happen that it went out again and I couldn't keep it lit. This is the first time that I have had an issue with my smoker and because of it, had to get rid of what I had put in the smoker due to concerns over food safety. Thanks.....

Have you changed your LP cylinder recently?  I have had this problem before and it turns out I had tripped one of the safety devices built into the cylinder or regulator and it limited the gas flow so the smoker would not operate properly.  I was told to disconnect my cylinder from the smoker gas hose, (kind of like re-booting a computer), then reconnect after a few minutes, and then open the cylinder valve slowly and only 1 and-a-half turns.  They told me this was supposed to reset everything so the gas would flow properly.  Can't guarantee this will work but it did solve my issue.
