Hi everyone long time viewer and user of all the great information that is passed along these pages. I live in the southern part of Kansas and recently acquired a reverse flow. The past ten years I had been using a Smokey mountain series that I beefed up with some plate and a propane burn to help with holding temps. I am excited to learn more tricks and tips on the newly acquired reverse flow:yahoo:.
