Hey all. My names Ed, and I'm brand new to the smoking world. I'm from Michigan, the metro Detroit area. Just bought a Masterbuilt vertical propane smoker. I'm already addicted to smoking. I'll be ready for winter to break and I can enjoy being outside instead of watching the smoker from my kitchen. I'm an avid hunter, so the smoker will be seeing alot of venison this year, and hopefully a turkey if I'm successful in the woods this spring.
