When this months throw down was announced I decided that I was all in. So the process for that begins tonight. I'd show you all what I'm doing, but then I'd be DQ'd and we don't want that. So to hold everyone over I planned a Turkey smoke on Sunday, and yesterday I decided that I really wanted me some Scarbelly wings, so that's what's going on the smoker tonight for dinner!!!
In the process of injecting the wings I managed on several occasions to spray the hot sauce and creole butter mix all over myself and everything with-in a 10' radius, lap top (i use it for my recipes) included. I ruined my newest UofO sweatshirt, and I think there is some on the ceiling. I really need a needle that just hast one exit hole at the tip or I need to have fewer of these...
It doesn't really suck, unless you don't have any! 7.85% ALC, 63.21 I.B.U., 1.085 O.G.

Really need a hazmat suit when doing this. Actually one of those parts washer boxes from Harbor Freight might be the ticket!
We'll let these rest for a few hours and then into the smoker!
