HI from LIvonia NY

                            My name is Ronnie, I found this forum the other day, looking for some smokehouse plans, and love all that is on it. I enjoy hunting,fishing, and most of all, making sausage. I have been making sausage since 1994 and i'm still learning. I also BBQ pigs, as a little side business in the summer. I can't wait to learn some more, and maybe help someone also.
