Been having great results with my new Amnps 5*8 so far, only had it go out once. Anyways, making some lunch meat/ dinner for tonight.

Sorry for the crappy pic, I always forget to take em. Anyways, slathered with some Dijon mustard, then hit with savory steak and chop rub. Added some coarse black pepper and into the mes30 with pecan pellets in the Amnps.

that wouldn't load before for some reason! I proceeded to pull it at 112 degrees, and I foiled it and stuck bit in a cooler, it but there a bit earlier than I expected. I will stick it on the grill to sear for a couple minutes before slicing. I am also going to reverse sear a couple little fillets from Omaha steaks, and some twice baked taters.

Since the Amnps was still cooking along, and had about an hour and a half till the steaks go on I figured why not try my hand at cheese?
