Fired up the smoker at 6:15 this morning. Pork butt on at 6:45. Going to be a great day!!

How 'bout that pulled pork....anything to string us along?

Why does your picture come in a link?  Did you use the Insert Image tool in the toolbar?
 
Not sure why picture came in link?? First time posting a pic. Pork has been on 3hrs 45min now lookin good. Sittin at internal temp of 127. Imagine it'll be hittin plateu around 150-155. When I go to insert an image it asks to embed it. Which tool bar are referring to?

Hmmm... Not sure how else to upload a pic. Any suggestions? Putting the ribs on in about an hour and a half!!
Anyways it's lookin and smellin awesome.
 
Well I did the same process as the first pick and it showed up as an actual picture and not a link. Baffling
 
Alrighty then!! Ribs are on, 3 racks. Ofcourse everything is spiced with Jeff's famous rub. Going to make finishing sauce for pulled pork and Jeff's BQQ sauce for ribs and pork. 7pm can't come any faster? Scallops to start 'round 6pm ish. Using a mix of hickory/cherry.
 
I'm interested in how you prepare the scallops.  Prep, smoke time.  Sometimes we'll put shrimp in for lunch on a long smoke.  Makes a nice snack.
