i'm new to this great site so perhapst someone has posted a recipe for venison bacon. i know i can get some on line but i just wonder if anyone has one that they like. i'm talking basicly a ground venison and pork mix that is ground and shaped and smoked. Thank you. Reinhard

Welcome Reinhard.......

Ground meat for game sticks......sausage.....jerky......but I can't say that I have ever heard of ground bacon from any meat. I'm going to have to watch this one for ideas..

Yup I've had ground venison bacon several times & it's good stuff.  You can make ground bacon from any kind of meat. Let me find a link for you & I'll be back...
