Well I hadn't made one of these for a while so I decided to make one for lunch today.
1 lb of fresh sausage I made.
A little homemade sauce from my garden harvest.
Tiny sprinkle of oregano.
Rolled & wrapped in the bacon weave.
Put it in the smoker with AMNPS running oak & hickory.
