Just found this site and am really enjoying it. My name is Mike and I live in North Alabama (close to Huntsville). I've used a charcoal grill as a smoker for many years, but just got my first real offset smoker a month ago. Man, what a difference!! I have a Outdoor Leisure Products (OLP) Smoke Hollow smoker. As cold as it's been I'm still having a ball with it. I just put on another layer of clothing and get right out there. I think my wife is loving my new hobby as much as I am. I don't think it's because it gets me out of the house, but I could be wrong.
