Been lurking for a few weeks but absolutely love the forum. Learning tons from the threads. I have a 3x4' custom(home-made) grill that I use for grilling and smoking. I've been grilling for years but lack quite a bit of experience when it comes to smoking. Bought a grinder and a sausage stuffer this year. Tried a buffalo chicken and a dijon chicken sausage recipe so far. New to deer hunting this year as well. Looking forward to reading and learning how to cook some awesome meat. Have been a gardener for the last few years and love some hot peppers. ABTs are on the list this spring and can't wait to try a fatty as well.
